1. Personal Information.

For a better experience while using our Service we manage this info:

Financial information for “in-App” payments.

User account images and content.

Username and password to login to the services.

We need to collect this information in order to provide the services of the Kharty mobile app and its related services. If you can´t provide it, we will not be able to offer you Kharty's services (in whole or in part).

In case you are providing third party information for the use of the application, you must be authorized to do so and will be responsible for any damage or injury caused.

To use the application you declare to be over 13 years or older if you are in the United States or declare to be over 16 years or older for other countries.

2. User Identifier

Kharty uses the user ID to associate the user's account to in-app rankings, ratings, comments or any uploaded content. The user ID allows us to know when the client is connected and see the user's interaction with the application and related services. You assume and accept that all the information sent to the Kharty´s server and all the activity carried out on the platform can be monitored and stored on the Kharty´s servers.

The login information and personal data will never be visible to users or published in any part of the application or its related services. All this information will be processed in accordance with the laws established for personal information and data protection.

3. How We Collect Personal Information

Kharty and its service providers collect user information in several ways:

Through Kharty services: we collect personal information at the time of log-in, user account modifications, and at in-App payments.
We also collect information outside of the App to improve the service, such as suggestions, customer service calls, and technical queries.
Through other sources we can receive and collect information for commercial purposes while abiding by D.P. Law of each country like Microsoft, Google, Facebook, public databases or third parties that have a license with Kharty.

Allow you to share logos and content and to notify you when any user shares any kind of content with you, such as messages, photos, invitations, notifications, etc.

We use and collect all this information with your consent, which is received at the time of installation and usage of the Kharty application and its related services.

5. Analysis of Personal Information and Personalization of Services for Commercial Purposes:

We use data analysis to personalize the user experience and the Kharty´s services and to improve it.
Kharty is entitled to carry out commercial, promotional, and remarketing activities out of the platform. These activities may have annexes that expand the information contractually. You must fully accept them to participate in such actions.
We can make certain information anonymous and add extra information so that such information is no longer treated as personal information. We employ this strategy to convert personal information to anonymous information for commercial purposes and better service.

IP addresses are stored on our server when you visit Kharty websites, use the application, or any service related to Kharty. Collecting IP addresses is standard and common practice. Kharty only uses and discloses "Other Information" for any purpose in compliance with applicable law.
